By using Trick Level, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that you have authority to accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.
Trick Level provides a platform for skateboard progress tracking, coaching, and related SaaS tools for skaters, trainers, and skateparks.
Skateboarding is a dangerous activity; users may fall, crash, break bones, suffer concussions, or otherwise injure themselves. By using Trick Level you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Trick Level does not supervise skating, does not guarantee safety, and is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during or after use of the app.static1.squarespace+1
Users must wear appropriate protection, including a helmet where appropriate and any other protective gear suitable for the skater’s age, skill level, trick difficulty, and environment; parents, guardians, trainers, and skatepark operators are responsible for enforcing safe participation.
You are responsible for your decisions and actions, following local laws and skatepark rules, using judgment based on your skill level, supervising minors in your care, and ensuring that equipment and conditions are safe before skating.
Users under 13 may not create their own account; a parent or legal guardian may create a family account and add a child where allowed by law, and is fully responsible for the child’s use of the service. COPPA and similar laws may require verifiable parental consent where applicable.
Trainers and skateparks may use Trick Level only for coaching, tracking progress, and related operational purposes; they may mark tricks as practiced or landed and may view only the limited information made available to them.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Trick Level, including its software, branding, and content, belongs to us or our licensors; you may use it only as permitted by these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trick Level is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injuries arising from skateboarding activity, use of equipment, or decisions made based on the app; where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Trick Level harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to supervise a minor where applicable.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access creates risk for the service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law: Belgium.
Jurisdiction: Antwerp courts.
Language: English for the public terms, with a Dutch version later if needed.
